It was another banner week on Tour for Adams as our hybrids topped the Darrell Survey Equipment Count again on the PGA, Champions and LPGA Tours.
At the CIMB Classic in Malaysia, our hybrids accounted for over 36% of the total in play making us clearly the #1 hybrid brand at this event. The most popular model in play at the Kuala Lumpur Country Club course was the SUPER 9031 Hybrid, most notably played by the third place finisher.
On the Champions Tour, our hybrids dominated the count once again with over 51% of all hybrids in play being ours. Tournament champion, Kenny Perry, gamed a SUPER 9031 while runner-up finisher, Bernhard Langer, played his usual Idea Pro hybrid, and three other golfers who finished in the Top 15 played at least one Adams hybrid.
The LPGA Tour was in Taiwan at the Sunrise LPGA Taiwan Championship and Adams hybrids led the equipment count with a total of 40 clubs in the bags of players. The SUPER LS was the most popular model played by the ladies, including third-place finisher Caroline Hedwall who played a 19-degree LS model. Three others who finished in the Top 10 played Adams hybrids.
