Eric Meierdierks earned his PGA Tour card after making it through the gauntlet known as Q-School. He has been playing mostly on mini-tours throughout the US, most notably the Gateway Tour the past four years. Unlike most Tour pros, Eric didn’t play college golf – instead he’s chasing his dream on the mini tours, a dream he shared with his father, who passed away just as Eric was beginning the first stage of the 2012 Q-School. Playing with a very heavy heart and new determination after his heartbreaking loss, Eric has now made it onto the biggest stage in all of golf and no doubt, his father would be exceptionally proud.

Prior to starting the 2013 PGA Tour season at the SONY Open in Hawaii, Eric tested 2 of the new SUPER LS Hybrids versus his current Idea Pro Black 9031 hybrid and with his current fairway wood. In both tests, Eric saw double distance gains with the SUPER hybrids.

His reactions to the new-found distance were priceless and the PGA Tour rookie is now excited to receive his “Easy Million” hat with his yardage on the side.
