Another week, another win for Idea hybrids! The victor of the PGA Tour’s Turning Stone Resort Championship carried an Idea Pro Black hybrid (18 deg.) in his bag on the way to claiming the tournament trophy.
Overall, this was the 21st win in 2010 for Idea hybrids. (As a point of comparison, Idea hybrids were in the bags of 21 champions for the entire 2009 season.) But it was also the sixth win this year specifically for the Idea Pro Black hybrid–and the third win in the last four weeks for that particular model.

Yep, the Pro Black hybrid is one serious piece of work. It is the most solid and most workable club I have ever tested. I had the Adams rep make one up with a stiffer Ozik shaft and tried it out yesterday and today.
I am ordering the 18 degree myself with the Ozik X shaft. It is simply the best piece of work Adams has produced to date, which is many mouthfuls because I have tried/demoed about every one of their products for several years, and have been very pleased with them all.
